I subscribed to the National Enquirer through this company and paid $95.00 for a years subscription the end of 2009. I have made numerous calls to this company. Each time they say they will re-submit my order. I asked for a refund. They said no refund after ten days. Last week I started receiving Women's Health Magazine. I called them again and asked why was I receiving this magazine and not the one I subscribed to. I was told this was probably part of my order. I assured the rep that it was not. He became belligerent, and hung up on me. I tried calling back and received a recording that the operators were busy. Something needs to be done about these people. They should not be allowed to continue to defraud customers in this manner. When it was time to renew my subscription, I don't know how they knew, but I received a renewal form from them and their price was a little lower than the National Enquirer., that's why I went with them. Please help stop this crime.
