Today is May 17th. I contacted U-Sell at the end of February to get a quote on my Droid. Their website would not give me a quote, I had to wait and receive it 3 weeks later in the mail. I recieved my quote which was reasonable, mailed my phone back in immediately and begun the waiting game. I had a quote expiration date of March 28, and it said their process takes 15 for the appraisal to be completed. I was patient and waited another few weeks then began emailing. The 1st person who responded said she'd look into is right away and 5 minutes later I recieved another email saying that I had contacted their company after business hours and someone would get back to me within 3-5 days. I heard nothing back for another week. After another week, I emailed and threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau and a manager got back to me saying she was sorry. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still going back and forth with her, to no avail. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
