I ordered ugg boot for my 14 year daugther b-day. I had several communications with this website who repeatly stated they were authentic and real. The boot arrived 3 weeks later from China and I have had nothing but nigthmares with this company. The boots are a conterfiet and not real ugg boot, they refused several times to provide a return mail address for me to return the item to receive a credit. They only refunded a particial credit. They swore at me in emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEY ARE!!
