I ordered a pair of UGGS off of this website. They were only $40 cheaper than I have seen them in the stores and all over the website it states "Our Promise: All UGGs are from UGG® Australia Boots, 100% Genuine Sheepskin Boots!" The bill stated that they would charge my credit card $109, but $112 and some change were charged, I was okay with that until I received them in the mail and they are clearly fake. I have emailed the site 3 times and have not received a response, there isn't a phone number or address listed and I don't know what to do. The site also says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and that you can return them. There are no return instructions listed it says to email for authorization. Someone please help I want my $112 back!
