sent totally fake UGGS; confirm w/ UGGaustralia.com for reputable online retailers prior to purchasing; pics are of real UGGs when arrived - fake, plastic looking leather, fake "sheepskin" inside smells horrible, 2 sizes too small (real UGGs run 1/2 size big)... Company in China, stay away...
