I bought the boots as a present for my daughter for christmas. I sent 15 e-mails in total as i did not receive a tracking no from company when i purchased and the boots were late for the day wanted . I received an e-mail from csreason detailing the transaction and if any issues contact them.

No reply from the selling company and the e-mail from csreason was in broken english and going around in circles saying that the product was shipped and that i was contacted by company which i was not. I received the product on the 2nd january and i expected them to be fake after the e-mailing and they were glue and shoddy work daughter very upset and again i e-mailed the companies and again no reply.
