After purchasing a pair of what i was told were genuine real UGG Australia boots what i received in the mail were a pair of FAKE Ugg Australia boots. When i emailed the company who were advertising with official branding etc they did not dispute the fact that the boots were in fact fake! They then stated in very broken english that to get a refund i had to return the boots to CHINA!!! The shipping for this is more than half the cost of the boots!! I feel that this is totally unreasonable and at least the shipping should be paid by the company if not a full immediate refund!! The company are not only in breech of false advertising but also international copyright laws!! This is professional fraud company and so i feel i should be refunded immediately!
