i order pay and recieve conformation email but never recieve any thing and cant get a refund and told i cant cancell my order

On the 27.09.09 i order one pair of Bailey Ugg boots from UGGsalea.com at a vale of £108.00 us dollers and on the 30.09.09 £70.04 was taken from my bank for the item. I have still not recived the boots and after four e-mails sent and transaction number saying the same as a made up transaction number i have the feeling the shop is a FAKE and feel let down upset and angry for allowing this to happen. I dont no what to do to get my money back and want others to be aware of this site to not let this happen to them.
