Ordered UGG Boots size 6 for my wife. Order form and packing slip say size 6, but we received size 8. The boots seemed to be in new condition and genuine UGGs, but uggsbaileytriplet.com wouldn't respond to my website and email requests to swap them for the correct size. After many attempts, I finally gave up and had to deal with selling them at a loss on ebay. Avoid this seller!
