Never received my uggs but credit card was charged--this site has a post office box and no phones or any way to get in touch...Emails come back and I even called the credit card people they use with no response...No uggs after a month---FRAUD COMPANY--STAY AWAY--NEW WEBSITE NOW--BEWARE--FRAUD-FRAUD
