I am resident of Panipat Haryana of India. My problem is that I am suffering fluctuating and dim electricity. Inspite of paying proper bills every month i m not getting good electricity. One of our neighbor 271 Model town panipat Aggarwal tuition center has 3 ACs but paying a normal bill. This person is under the shelter of employees of UHBVNL. My appeal is to punish the defaulters and save people from such electricity thieves.
