Verizon/Idearc Media sat at my office table and went over all these various customer call logs. They guaranteed us that with the type of advertising they were talking us into that our phones would be ringing off the hook. Yeah Right!! We do not get even enough to cover a 1/3 of the 2200.00 per month we are waisting.
