I applied for certificates from this company who charged an exorbidant price. I am cross with myself that I got taken in by their site but they looked official. I have checked at the High Court in London who says that they do have a contact name in the 'company' - Mark Wheeler - but he is unreachable and phones are always engaged or never answered. I am trying to reclaim the money from my credit card company on the basis that this is a fraudulent service.

The above site are masquerading as an approved government service for marriage, birth, death certificates etc having paid money via credit card and an email confirming delivery in 5 days nothing received 12 days later, phone no never answered and emails not responded to. possibly an identity theft situation.
