I ordered tickets through UK Ticket Factory.com and have not been able to contact them. They have removed the money from the bank and I still have not recieved the tickets, despite the concert being this saturday in Germany. I would like a refund for these tickets as obviously I will now not be able to attend the concert. The conformation code that I recieved from the company is UKTI6245. Due to the tickets not being sent I have had to cancel my weekend in Germany. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible.
