never received

I purchased two products on April 7/10. They were charged to my credit card and I was told an email would be sent to me to download my products.

I have recieved nothing as of yet. I would like to know what is going on and either get my product or get a refund.

Failed to deliver after payment

I purchased the Ultimate Fat Burning Furnace program online with a promise that I would recieve an email in 20 minutes after completing the transaction. I would have access to the owner of the company, a Mr. Rob Polous would provide his personal email address to coach me along in my quest to be leaner. I was told that this program would something new and different.

They got my 70 dollars and I got squat. No email address. No contact within 20 minutes as promised. No working website-if you type in zerotoherofitnesssupport.com you will discover the website does not work. I downloaded a program that is no different than any other eat right, work out moderately program. Some guy in his basement does workouts with thousands of dollars worth of gym equipment.

I want my money back. I will gladly return this nonsense called a fat burning furnace program.
