DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE HIGH HIDDEN FEES AND THEIR PRODUCTS - DO NOT WORK!

I had ordered the trial product for 14 days. I went to cancel the trial knowing that I was beyond the cut off date to cancel without
any further charges. However, in similar cases when I cancelled late, I received product for what I was charged at the regular rate. This
company charged me a $59 service fee that was non-refundable and without product. I was informed that I would be issued the product about 2 weeks after the service fee and that I would be charged for the product itself this time. In the past I would cancel intentionally after the trial period ended so that I would receive 1 full month at regular cost to give the product sufficient time beyond the trail to see its effectiveness.

This company is the first to charge a service fee. If I were to continue I would go without the product for almost 2 weeks before the first
regular shipment while being charged $59.

Of course there is no recourse for the consumer. Best advice is to stay away from these kinds of companies.

I just wanted to do what I could to keep someone else from getting RIPPED OFF .
