PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS... IT WILL COST YOU... MONEY and TIME!
I ordered this product along with one other because of an adverstisement with endorsements from CNN, US News, CBS, ABC, etc. I know better than to order stuff like this online but one of those moments swept in and I did it. Their terms and conditions state that you have a 10 day trial period after which they would then charge your account $87.47. The next day after I ordered the products I was charged $3.87 for each product...no problem, I had agreed to that. Then 4 days later were two post of $87.47 to my account. I have not yet received either product. I called the company and asked about this and they said it was a pending post and would not clear till the 20th. I explained that they said there was a 10 day trial period and I have no product to try yet, so how can I be charged for something I don't even have yet. I told the girl I wanted to cancel NOW. After much going back and forth and them trying to give me additional product as well as saying I could get a free month, I continued to go through the process of cancellation. I told them I did not want any thing from them except the $87.47 charges removed from my account. She said the cancellation was in process and I should receive an email from them giving me a confirmation number. The next day, no emails arrive and I now have 4 charges of $87.47 on my account. I called again only to get the run around saying I would recieve an email and the cancellation process would now start when I return the email. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they basically refused by continuing to tell me they would help me and that my orders have been cancelled. I had to make two more calls like this and they still charged my account the $87.47 twice along with the first two charges of $3.87 for products I still do not have. I called my bank, we did a three way phone call and have now received two cancellation transaction numbers and I have been told it could take anywhere from 10 to 30 days to be reposted as a credit to my account. THIS IS A SCAM and THIS IS FRAUD!
