They offered a free trial which never arrived and took details of my card to pay a minimal amount for postage. I have just received my bank statement which has taken £54.59 from my debit account. I have not received the free trial and am disgusted that they have charged me for what was supposed to be a free trial. Please can you arrange for this to be refunded. Many thanks, Bridget
