I also have been charged after initially ordering a free sample. I have just spoken to a representative from the company. She explained that it was in the terms and conditions of the free trial. I responded that I was on a website reading of the complaints of unauthorized charges and it would be wise to remove the charge. She asked me to return the product.

I have learned not to deal with these internet scams.
