I had to recently visit Marshfield clinic. I with out warning lost blood flow to my fourth and fifth fingers of my right hand, an appiontment was made for later that afternoon where there was a ultrasound performed, they placed a elecrical transponder to each finger, wrist, mid arm and shoulder of each arm, I believe it took 45 miniutes to a hour to do.it was two weeks latter that my insurance called me they where in question about the events of my visit, I told them it just became fact it was out of the blue that it happened, I was told that marshfield clinic was charging $1500.00 for the ultrasound, I do not believe that it is a reasonable charge for something that minor, I think they need to justify that charge.
