I purchased this shampoo from internet, I was not sure if this product will really work on my hair because I have tried many other products work. So I could only hope that it will work on my hair I order. The first day I used it, it was horrible my hair become sticky after wash so I wash again them again with the same shampoo. There was no change in my hair status so I wash them the third time with different shampoo. Well, I dared to wash my hair again when I return home from pool and the while scene was changed..guess what happened to my hair? They turned rough like broom and brittle like uncooked noodles!!! Horrible, I threw it in my bin as anyways I was not going to get refund as it was not mentioned in their purchase policy.
