I have been trying to find out how to get my Ultrex cookware replaced which I too purchased from HSN, but after reading all of the other complaints posted at this site, I guess it's a lost cause. I too agree that a class action suit such be placed against those who falsely promised that these pots and pans were warrantied for 55-75 years.
