I agree totally with ALL of the complaints. I also purchased Ultrex Convection Oven and it caught on fire. HSN sells HORRIBLE electrical products. The only thing that still works is the Joy M. My Little Steamer. The Ultrex product line is simply garbage. I will never buy anything that plugs in from HSN. Better yet, they have permanently lost a longtime customer. I don't even watch the channel anymore so I won't be tempted. I will check with my attorney friend to see how to start a class action lawsuit against HSN. Their advertising says these are the "last" pots and pans you'll ever have to buy. Yeah that's true is you die within the next year or two. Pure garbage. Will keep all posted.
