Encompass Advisors, a financial services company located in North Carolina, is suing Unapen, Inc., a software developer located in Wallingford, Connecticut, and two of it's officers.

Encompass Advisors is suing Unapen, and it's two officers, in United States Federal Court, for Fraud, Breach of Contract and Violation of both the North Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act and the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act.

The suit involves the failure of two of Unapen’s primary software products, ClientLogix and ClientRep, to function as promised in Unapen’s advertisements and in statements and representations made with respect to the capabilities of both products by it's two officers.
