never authorized renewal for program that Krohn & Moss took from my account and I want the 29.95 put back.
I paid for this program on line 1 year ago. The program never done anything to help me. It scanned my system, said I had 348 problems and wanted more money to fix them, which I never purchased it. I don't want the program, it serves no purpose to me and I want my money put back in my account.

charged for something
why have i been charged £23.74 for something? i have not ordered anything. the only name i recognise from your website is uniblue, however, i have not purchased anything from them. i would like a full and prompt refund, please.
