I received a notification that I had won a $315, 950.00 from a lottery draw of UNICEF GLOBAL RELIEF AWARD E-mail Ballot Promotion organized by United Nations Global Relief. It also says that I should send my claim application not later than October 21, 2010. Is this real or a scam? Please help!
