I took out cell phone service last year when I was working as a Senior Aide out of City Hall, downtown Duluth, Minnesota. I had not problem obtaining Network Coverage and was satisfied with the service but in March of last year, I became disabled due to an accident and now am pretty-much confined to my residence in the Lakeside area East of downtown Duluth. I had constant problems finding Network Coverage in my building and was constantly cut off in the middle of a conversation. After numerous complaints in which they promised to correct the problem, I cancelled the service on 1-7-10 and returned the phone and their equipment to them via Insured Mail. Now they want to penalize me $200 fjor early cancellation. They did not inform me of the penalty for early cancellation when I took out the service. I believe this is unfair to consumers.
