Uniform Nametapes is an unprofessional organization providing terrible customer service and faulty products. I ordered several items from thaem instead of the usual military Clsthing and Sales on post. The metal name tapes looked like they where made by kids in shop class. The name tags didn't fit the uniform. I called the company several times to attempt to get a refund only to get voicemail or a busy line. Finally after getting in touch with "Joey", he told me there was no way the tags didn't fit...I was a liar. After showing him photos of the tags not fitting a uniform, Joey became more. After being told I had to return the items at my own expense to get an exchange, I decided that company would not get my serivce again.
