Poor Service
They are not legal service provider for exchange our btc. When i load my money they blocked my money and no refund still. I asked more then 50 times. But still there is no refund. They blocked my chat and email. Fully scammer site.

Definitely stay away.
Some people on another forum complain bitterly about them after using the site for arbitrage. They start business well enough until it's time to withdraw your funds. They will suddenly require kyc and still frustrate you after all giving it. Definitely stay away.
