I RECIEVED A TELEMARKITING CALL FROM UNION TELECOME(even though i have registered not to be called by telemarketers)
on dec 31st, 2008.
i was told there was a special offer on the last day of the year, i will be getting 100 minutes free for three months.and if i did not like the service i can cancel any time and i will get my money back(39.50)canadian.
how ever after i read there terms and conditions, 9.50 late fee, 3 minutes billing, and no refund.i call them to cancel and i was told i will not get a refund and they can send me a calling card istead.
i have allready filed a dispute through my credit card company, and also going to file a complaint to BBB.
