I registered with this company to purchase telephone cards online to make international calls, but for a long time they have been charging my credit cards fees for rechargeable phone cards I never purchased. Whenever I need a phone card, I will buy it right out and never recharged the phone cards but they will always charge me for rechargeable cards. I have contacted them to get this resolved but to no avail. All I am requesting from them is the refund to all the unauthorized charges to my credit cards. They decided not to do anything.

I have asked for their physical address but they wont give it out. I have emailed and documentation that shows all these charges. I also told them I would like to cancel my account after this is rectified but they went on and cancel the account saying its rectified when its not.
