IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AND SERVICE
My name is Nahas Munduvizhalil Sainudeen, I am an account holder of United Arab Bank, Ajman branch. My aA/c no. 71001330081010. Around 05 months back I have applied for a new ATM card because my old card was not working. Then customer service representative has made some unwanted talks and arguid with me. Later after one month I have visited that branch and asked about my new card. They said not yet ready and once it may ready, they will inform me. But for next two months I have not received any reply.Then I visited that branch and collected my new ATM Card, but no PIN for me. They said not ready and once it may ready, I will get sms alert. I have waited for one more month. Then I have got intimation from their head office that my new card will be activated from 01st November. Again I visited that branch, no benefit. Then I have made a complaint to their website. But no reply, but got a call from the branch and inquired about the name of staff who behaved in irresponsible way. Later I have waited for one more month. At last in 20 December 09 I have visited there and asked about my PIN . Then they are asking why you haven't get it till this time ?. Again I made a complaint to their web site ( [email protected] ). Then I got a call from the branch and the gentleman said it will be ready on tommorrow. Next day he has called me and said it is ready. My question is :
1. I have applied for the new card and contacted them 03 times, but they were not responded
2. They forced me to apply for the card /pin in every visit ( at least 03 times), why ?
3. After getting my card, they said that i will get sms, then only you come and collect my PIN. is it correct ?
4. Every transaction i was forced to pay the transaction fee.
5. For every transaction I am forced to visit your branch.
6. One month back, I have made a complaint top get my PIN. But till today I have not received .

Why they are not replying properly ?.
They are dealing with Currency and I am working in a Supermarket and deal with Tomato, onion, eggs, meat etc etc thats why they are neglecting us ? But service is service in everywhere. If I say they have deliberately delayed because I have made complaint aginst the Customer service rep. Why my Card as well as PIN delayed? Do you think this is a good service ? If it is a poor service, then what will be your action ?
Around 05 months I have waited get ATM and its PIN, because I made a complaint against the Customer service Reps for their poor service.
