I found this 04 Infiniti QX56 for sale and wanted to leave a deposit. I wired this company $1000.00. When i called the dealer (Wally) to notify him the funds were sent, my wife wanted me to confirm that there was a sunroof in the car. I told her yes, but then asked Wally and he replied no. I told him to cancel my order and refund me my deposit.

He said that on the website it says deposits are non-refundable. I couldn't help feel why did i think there was one. I then logged on to the website and it said under the description that it has a sunroof.

When i called Wally back with the news, he went on to his site, confirmed the same thing i saw and proceeded to say that it is a typo and that nothing can be done. He ended by saying that there are people coming to look at it next Tuesday and if everything works out with them, we'll talk about my deposit.

Isnt it misleading advertisement? Also I wired the funds and still today i have not signed one document.
