We found our bank account in overdraft.we called our bank and we were told that we authorized a charge from United Check Platinum Services.It appears that this company gets your information and charges you with out your consent.We have not received any services from them, they are adamant on not returning our money and it appears that our bank does nothing to help resolve this, since the bank makes money on our overdraft fees.I am filing complaints with the FDIC and other government agencies since we the people have to stand up and let our voices be heard.I encourage others who are victims of scam to do the same.We need our banks to protect our money, we pay for the services, we have to pay the overdraft fees and Banks who do little to help should be reported as well.
