I have for the past year been dealing with a woman employed by this company for about six months. She always calls me once a month and we set up a payment arrangement, but she never called me this month and they with out my authorization took a payment out and never contacted me to tell me, thus causing my checking account to become over drawn. When i contacted her on friday she told me that she no longer had my case and it had been given to someone else, who said he had talked to me and set up a payment plan.Which was funny because i never heard of or spoke to this man.I called again today and talked with the owner of the business and i asked him if could go back to having the original person on my case. instead he started raising his voice and telling me that who did i think i was telling him how to run his business. I asked him to lower his voice and i wanted a explanation on why my account was moved he got louder and said i'am in the wrong because i owe him money and needed to know my place. frustrated i hung up, cancelled my credit card and plan on talking to the attorneys generals office.I do know that i have been making payment and that they cant bully me around. for pete sake i am trying, but instead i got made to feel like i was a piece of garbage. how can they do this to people. I think that the man assigned to my case lied on his end to cover his tracks is this legal...
