Took $3000 dollar check for mortgage reduction service & performed no service. Requested refund from Charles Montalbano, Owner, refused to return monies. Complaint has been filed with New York Attorney Generals Office. Montalbano's salesman, Michael Quelman, his supposed, Violations Auditor, is also included in the complaint. Complaints are also being filed in Middletown, New Jersey against the two men and their corporation, United Funding Corp. out of Selden and Hauppauge, New York.
