I enrolled with United Health Care through AARP for a supplement to my Medicare. I was given the wrong information by the woman who enrolled me, and was turned down.

I had sent them a check for $235 which they have kept and will continue to keep until the 15th of February, a full SIX WEEKS after I sent it.

This is a sham. I want that money, and I want the interest they have kept.
