I am so sick of this company and their never ending changes of the RX plan. I have a prescription from my doctor for 3 pills a day for a month. The first three times I filled the prescription it was fine, now apparently they changed my RX plan and they will only cover for 1 pill per day unless I get an authorization from the doctor ( HELLO..the doctor wrote the prescription ) so I get an auth and that worked for 2 months. Last month I was told they would only cover 1 pill a day even though they I have a prior auth from them which is no good because now my policy apparently will only allow me 1 pill. What? I have asked for my prescription plan but they don't have any in writing. Now I live in pain becasue I can not afford to pay for prescriptions. But I can pay UHC 600 a month so they can be rude and change plans to benefit themselves.
