I received a call this morning from Harry Ferguson with United Legal Solutions. He threatned me with being arrested and taken to court for some payday loan company called American Cash Advance. He said that American Cash Advance has over 300 payday loan companies under it but wouldn't give me specifics. I have faxed to him copies of my old bank statements ( blacked out all other information except for the payday loan that had been paid in full) twice now. Everytime I call him back to make sure he received it, he says he doesn't have it. So, I'm just really frustrated with them. I just don't know what to do next.
