I am trying to contact United Online Collections Division to dispute the charge of $29.90 for NetZero services. I have not used NetZero in years, I have no way to contact NetZero with out putting a User Name and password, I don't have either one. In calling United Online Collections Division, all you get is a phone message stating to send the money or send a letter to dispute charges. I need help in resolving this issue, I do not want this to go on to my credit history
