I receive harassing phone calls from this company, and they ask if I'm enjoying my magazines. I tell them that I don't have any magazines. This occurs once or twice per month. Yesterday I received another, and the purpose was to check that my magazines were being delivered and if they were damaged. I had to tell the guy that I continue to receive these phones, but I don't receive magazines. I asked if I had an account with them. He said yes, and I asked to speak with his supervisor. The supervisor told me I have a balance of $1437. No services rendered, no services requested...this is a big problem. They have my credit card number, because I had initially called in June 2008 to inquire about National Geographic...they roped me in immediately. I called back later that day to say cancel and thought it was over. Unfortunately, they have charged my card $59 twice...unauthorized. I closed my account (bank card).
