Imagine going to the post office to buy two cent stamps on the day after the increase is effective. There are twenty five people in line and only ONE person on duty. The other six service bays are unmanned. You wait in line for about twenty minutes and are then told that they are sold out of two cent stamps. I am surprised that no one has the intelligence to put up a sign. My guess is that half the people in line throughout the day will be asking for two cent stamps. If this was a for profit business they would never come back.
