DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Watch when they charge your credit card, they will say 3000.00 and charge your card 3600.00 and if you do not catch it shame on you. They try this 3 different times and reimbursed me back every time. Then when the moving company shows up it was not U.S. Van Lines but someone else.Next watch the weight from the scale they will try to rig it. Our move was in March 17, 2010 from Pennsylvania to Texas, when they arrived in Texas, they started to unload, lost parts, antiques, boxes, ladders, etc... Did not unpack, left things in yard, in garage, did not put in rooms that they were suppose to, turn your head, , boom gone, , , they have the money you have a mess, , , , , Here I am 7 months later, , , , nothing but a run around, , , file claim, , , , , every excuse in book, , , still no results, , , , , what a mess, , , , , Loss expense antiques, things broke, took money and ran, , ,
