Does anyone know the full name of Anthony in the Customer Service Department? Also contact the Florida Attorney Generals Office and the FBI they are being investigated and must be stopped. We work too hard for our money. Once you file a lawsuit against them and pay in excess of $255 to get your money back they finally give in a give it back to you. Keep it up and shut them down!!!
