I had Purchased the Samsung mobile from the Shop Univercell Trichy on 8th Aug-'2007. From the first day onwards I come to know that the mobile is not working properly(Can't hear the voice) [Receivers incapable to receive the voice]. I took the mobile to the shop where i asked for the replacement. I gave my mobile for the service... even for service they took 2o days to give me back and last friday i called him (Dhivakar) and went on saturday they give the same mobile with same issue. Those guys told me that we won't replace. The set and last 30 days i & my brother walked around 7 times to their shop still they are not replacing. They are neither replace the mobile set nor to pay the money back to us. The contact person Divakar@09345435335 and Edwin @09345026709 has been responded very poorly against the customers like me.
