I notice strange unrecognized hidden charges on my ATT bill
When I call ATT and ask what and who is USBI ATT answer was they have no clue?
Now it become even more suspecious why would ATT using their own billing and collection system for some unknown entity they have no clue? ATT suggest that I call Universal Call Plan, Inc. and try to research on my own.
When I call Universal Call Plan, Inc. the operator acknowledge that they bill me for long distance that I already have with ATT and some one pretentinf to be me with strange spelling of my name authorize this service online.
Needless to say I never knew about this company nor did I authroize to be billed twice for service I get from ATT.
Why would ATT allow this open fraud and enable by including these charges on their monthly statement collect the charges and then deny any association with strange entity. Why would ATT become involved in this scheme ???
