Universal Propertys is uncannily similar to Bluescape Timeshare (Blue Scape Timeshare). Their website does not list their address. I went to the Online Business Bureau (are they also a sham??? be careful on their recommendations) and got the address of 2961 Industrial Rd #601, LV, NV. This is the EXACT same address as Bluescape. This address is a "Mail Depot", not a business address. BEWARE. A complaint against Bluescape stated that they went to the known address in Orlando and the business there now had Unversal Propertys on the office door. I cannot swear to all of this, but coincidence wins me over. I just wanted to start a new thread on this company, before anyone get scammed. I have called and emailed both Universal and ONline Business Bureau, and to date have not had any calls/emails returned. Lets shut them down, before someone esle loses money.
