My mom 'won' this item after buying from you for YEARS. I call to let SOMEONE know that the item is NOT in working order.The lady ANGELA at CUSTOMER SERVICES if you don't mind, allows me to hold on forever and a day before being very rude with me and still GIVING ME AN INCORRECT email addy to lodge my complaint at, I am, as I type waiting for over 30mins for her to call me back with the correct details.I was sent from pillar to post since my first call.I don't want any of your freebies, I just want to know if this remote could be changed or can we please send it back to you so you might want to 'thank' one of your other loyal customers with it.The service is pathetic, I could never ALLOW for my mom to deal with you, she is old and I wonder how the aged are treated when they call, my heart goes out to them.PLEASE call me on 011 789 3337 or 073 770 0465, ofcourse at your earliest convenience.
