I have booked a ticket through above mentioned ticket agent, in month of march and return ticket in april date from oman via dubai via hyderabad.. return as same hyd via dub via oman. .. at the time of purchasing a ticket checked with aticket agent regarding return ticket cancellation. as per agent a concern person need not be here give a authorisation letter to one of your friend and we will do the process..latter i cancelled my ticket from india.. he said he will cancell but refund it will take time of 2 weeks but now its more than a month.

Iam trying to contact that ticket agent .. now he is not responding

kindly let me know the process .. how to get my ticket cancelletion refund..
