LOL! I posted a complaint about a cruise line company that phones to tell you you won a vacation a few weeks ago. I got really good advice frompeople who saw my complaint and have been through the same thing by the same company. I am happy to report that my credit card company hired a mediator and got my money back! A big Rose for Master card! Anyway I open my email today and guess what is in it? An "annonimous" reply to my complaint board add with one word in capittal letters "LIAR". Very unproffessional. Is there any doubt now that this was a scam company ?! The canadian police have been given the file and are monitering this company "universal cruise lines aka universal vacations online" very closely. So heads up people!
